Onboarding Teams in Minutes, Not Weeks
How a guided setup flow cut the time between signing up and running a first workload from eleven days to under an hour.
Every new workspace used to start the same way: a spreadsheet of prerequisites, a shared credentials document, and a support thread that stayed open for a week. We rebuilt that first hour from scratch.
What changed
The setup wizard now provisions the workspace, its default policies and a sample workload in a single pass. Nothing is asked twice, and every step can be resumed from where it stopped.
- Environment detection replaces the manual prerequisites checklist
- Policies ship with sane defaults that can be tightened later
- The sample workload gives teams something to inspect immediately
What we measured
Median time from sign-up to first successful run dropped from eleven days to fifty-one minutes. Support threads opened during onboarding fell by roughly two thirds over the same period.
